What we collect
Only what you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, country, profile, case reference where provided, and the content of your message.
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. No browsing profiles are created.
Purpose
To answer your enquiry and maintain the communication arising from it. If your message concerns a licence compliance file, the data is added to that file for its management.
We do not use your data to send unsolicited commercial communications, and we do not transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
The consent you give when submitting the form and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in managing an existing file or performing a contractual relationship.
Recipients
Data may be shared with the associated firm in the relevant country where necessary to handle your enquiry, and with the represented publisher within a compliance file. No other transfers are made except where legally required.
Retention
Messages that do not lead to a file are kept for as long as needed to answer them and thereafter for the statutory limitation period. Data added to a file follows that file’s retention regime.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability by writing to notificaciones@nvalegal.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
